Ormus Villa

An exceptional beachfront villa in Panormos, Crete, designed to create a seamless connection between architecture, nature and the Aegean landscape. Set within a 2,000 m² site and featuring six bedrooms, extensive glazing, an infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna and premium hospitality facilities, Ormus Villa combines contemporary design with locally sourced materials and carefully considered climate solutions. Enertek undertook the complete Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Design of the villa, together with the construction supervision of all MEP installations.

The design focused on delivering high levels of comfort, energy efficiency and reliability while respecting the architectural concept and the villa’s close relationship with its natural surroundings. Particular attention was given to the integration of the building’s climate, electrical, plumbing and specialist systems, ensuring that the technical infrastructure remains seamlessly integrated within the architectural design. The project is a representative example of Enertek’s approach to high-end hospitality and residential developments, combining technical excellence, energy-conscious design and discreet integration of building services.
