Apartment Building Chalandri

A contemporary residential building in Chalandri, Athens, comprising multiple independent residences and designed with an emphasis on functionality, energy efficiency and modern living standards. Enertek undertook the Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Design for the Building Permit, followed by the Detailed Construction Design and Construction Supervision of the MEP installations. The scope covered the coordination and integration of all building services with the architectural and structural design, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the seamless implementation of the MEP systems throughout the construction process.
