MEP design and construction supervision for a residential building comprising six independent residences, with basement and attic levels. The scope included the complete Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Design of the building, covering all systems required for its efficient, safe and comfortable operation, as well as the construction supervision of the MEP installations throughout the project. The design focused on the integration of modern building services with the architectural concept, ensuring high standards of functionality, energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
